A stack of Sheet Pan S'mores sandwiches piled up tall.

These Sheet Pan Sā€™mores are a pure stroke of culinary genius. They are an unfussy, no-mess, and super easy way to make and enjoy sā€™mores any time of year. The best part is you can whip them up in a big batch all at once so thereā€™s no waiting turns for your freshly melted sā€™more. They are a surefire crowd-pleaser and a fun interactive party idea to get guests involved. For another great way to enjoy everybodyā€™s favorite chocolatey graham cracker marshmallow treat, try these no-bake sā€™mores bars.

Itā€™s so quick to simply line all the graham crackers on a baking sheet, then layer them up with chocolate and marshmallows. Though I am partial to the delicate balance the dark chocolate brings to the saccharine sweetness of the melty marshmallows, absolutely any chocolate combination will be delicious. As an imminent future experiment, Reeseā€™s Peanut Butter Cups are soon to be destined for sā€™mores heaven. Allowing the marshmallow to bake and melt a little before topping it with the second graham cracker, ensures the top crackers doesnā€™t slip off and the cookie sandwich stays intact. A total of 5 minutes in the oven produces a whole tray properly ooey, gooey sā€™mores.

Itā€™s hard to resist digging in right when theyā€™re out of the oven, so enjoy them (carefully!) while still super melty. They are actually equally good (and less messy) at room temperature. They store extremely well and are such a nice treat to enjoy as leftovers, even when theyā€™re not gooey and melty. We had great fun making these for 4th of July this year; we will be making them on repeat all summer long and for future Independence Day festivities. These are definitely a fun and easy staple dessert for summer parties or anytime you have a hankering for sā€™mores.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  3. Next add a square of chocolate on top of each graham cracker, then top with a marshmallow.Ā
  4. Bake in the oven for about 3 minutes, until the marshmallows begin to get a little soft and deflated, then add the other graham cracker on top, pushing down gently on the marshmallow so the cracker sticks.

  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving and enjoy!
  7. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
