Easy Sheet Pan S'mores

A stack of Sheet Pan S'mores sandwiches piled up tall.

These Sheet Pan S’mores are a pure stroke of culinary genius. They are an unfussy, no-mess, and super easy way to make and enjoy s’mores any time of year. The best part is you can whip them up in a big batch all at once so there’s no waiting turns for your freshly melted s’more. They are a surefire crowd-pleaser and a fun interactive party idea to get guests involved. For another great way to enjoy everybody’s favorite chocolatey graham cracker marshmallow treat, try these no-bake s’mores bars.

It’s so quick to simply line all the graham crackers on a baking sheet, then layer them up with chocolate and marshmallows. Though I am partial to the delicate balance the dark chocolate brings to the saccharine sweetness of the melty marshmallows, absolutely any chocolate combination will be delicious. As an imminent future experiment, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are soon to be destined for s’mores heaven. Allowing the marshmallow to bake and melt a little before topping it with the second graham cracker, ensures the top crackers doesn’t slip off and the cookie sandwich stays intact. A total of 5 minutes in the oven produces a whole tray properly ooey, gooey s’mores.

It’s hard to resist digging in right when they’re out of the oven, so enjoy them (carefully!) while still super melty. They are actually equally good (and less messy) at room temperature. They store extremely well and are such a nice treat to enjoy as leftovers, even when they’re not gooey and melty. We had great fun making these for 4th of July this year; we will be making them on repeat all summer long and for future Independence Day festivities. These are definitely a fun and easy staple dessert for summer parties or anytime you have a hankering for s’mores.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicon baking mat.
  2. Break the graham crackers in half and line half of them on the baking sheet.
  3. Next add a square of chocolate on top of each graham cracker, then top with a marshmallow.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 3 minutes, until the marshmallows begin to get a little soft and deflated, then add the other graham cracker on top, pushing down gently on the marshmallow so the cracker sticks.
  5. Bake for another 2 minutes and remove from the oven.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving and enjoy!
  7. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
