This Peach Mango Turmeric Smoothie is a tasty way to incorporate powerful anti-inflammatory turmeric and vitamin-packed fruit into your daily routine. Usually it’s these zippy immunity shots or soothing Golden Milk, but lately I’ve wanted to add a refreshing smoothie option using seasonal and frozen fruit. The combination of strong turmeric and spicy ginger with the floral peaches and sweet mangos and strawberries makes this a highly palatable and fresh variation of a healthy drink. Feel free to play around with other fruit or add-ins. Mix up a pitcher and it will last a few days in the fridge for a quick, delicious boost of energy any time you’re craving something sweet and refreshing. For me, personally, it played the role of a better-than-gatorade thirst-quencher!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen mango πŸ₯­ chunksΒ

  • 3 knobs of fresh turmeric, peeled
  • 3 inch knob of fresh ginger 🫚, peeled
  • 1 lemon πŸ‹, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until completely smooth. Add water or additional fruit as needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Serve immediately or chill for later and enjoy!
